1. Lawful, authorized use
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and with the permissions required for your inputs, integrations, and outputs. Respect privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, applicable model-use restrictions, export controls, and sanctions. These rules apply to API requests, shared configurations, and applications you build using GPU Router.
2. Prohibited harmful conduct
Do not use the Service to sexually exploit or abuse children; create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery; facilitate human trafficking; threaten violence; or plan or facilitate violent attacks, terrorism, or unlawful weapons development. Do not use it for fraud, impersonation intended to deceive, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, doxxing, or targeted harassment.
Do not submit another person's private or sensitive information without a lawful basis and the required permissions. Do not generate deceptive likenesses or misuse biometric information. Legitimate analysis, education, and authorized defensive research must remain within the law and applicable safety restrictions.
3. Protect the Service and other users
Do not distribute malware, exploit systems without permission, evade account restrictions, steal API keys, manipulate metering or payments, overwhelm infrastructure, or bypass safety or privacy controls. Do not use automated accounts or repeated trials to evade charges or limits. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through our contact address without accessing other users' data or disrupting the Service.
4. Responsible applications
Review generated content before relying on it. Do not represent an AI output as verified professional advice or use it as the sole basis for a consequential decision about a person without appropriate safeguards and lawful human oversight. Safety-critical and regulated uses require protections appropriate to that use; access to the API is not a certification of suitability.
If you provide access through your own application, communicate relevant limitations and apply safeguards against abuse. Do not publish secrets or personal information in shared Fusions or other community content.
5. Reports and enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, limit requests, remove shared content, revoke credentials, or suspend access proportionately to the risk and as described in the Terms. We may preserve relevant evidence or comply with lawful requests. This policy does not promise monitoring of every request.
Report abuse or appeal an enforcement decision at hi@gpustrategy.fun. Include relevant request identifiers or links and a short explanation, without sending credentials or unnecessary personal information.
